A separate associate degree is being offered for the engineering students and is a transferable degree. Please consult the Pre-Engineering areas of study or the Engineering  (ENGN) section of our catalog for more details.

The Associate of Science and Associate of Arts Degrees are designed to meet the qualifications of the first two years of a Baccalaureate Degree. A student who transfers from College of Eastern Utah to a public four year institution of higher education in the State of Utah will be automatically cleared of all general education requirements if he or she has received an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree.  As many four year degrees require certain classes be taken in the first two years, you may want to look at our Program Sheets.  You can also go to our catalog to look at graduation requirements. 

Associate of Applied Science Degree and the Certificate of Completion are designed for students who wish to complete their education in one or two years and enter employment. The Associate of Applied Science degree and Certificate of Completion are offered through the Professional and Applied Technology Education Division.
